How do you add another language to your existing PeopleSoft environment.

‎1. Add Language translations using Datamover.
2. Copied the PPLTLS84CURML project.
3. Copied the PATCH851ML project.
3. Ran the the following app engine UPGPT850SWAN from app designer.
Ran MSGTL<LANGCD>.dms for all the languages you have installed.
Stop, clear cache and then start both the app and web server.
